What happens when you call
We talk about your timeline, your budget and what you are actually trying to do, before anybody looks at a listing. If you are selling, I will want to see the house before I give you a number, because a price given down the phone is a guess and you deserve better than a guess. If you are buying, we will work out what you are solving for and which markets genuinely fit it.
The first conversation costs nothing and commits you to nothing. If the honest answer turns out to be that now is not the moment, I will say so.
